It is a practice of observing, witnessing, of exploring and experiencing, observing who it is that is exploring. Who it is that is having the experience?
When introducing myself, I may say, “I am Lynn.” But what does that mean? It may be more accurate to say, “My name is Lynn.” I cannot sum up who I am by calling myself Lynn. My name is Lynn, but what does it mean to be Lynn?
I am the drop of water that is part of the wave that is part of the ocean. I am the ocean, and so are you.
