"Let me please introduce myself." - The Rolling Stones
I am a certified Yoga Teacher in Marshall, MN. I offer a variety of services including private and group classes. I currently teach virtual classes from my hOMe studio, in Marshall Minnesota, but plan to resume in-person classes once that feels right for myself and my students. If desired, recorded classes are available.
I received my training at the Yoga Loft in Wilmar MN. I have studied with Mary Beth Nehl, Doug Keller and Kristine Kaoverii Webber, and continue my yoga education with several others. I have also studied Prenatal Yoga with Sarah Longacre at Blooma Yoga in Minneapolis.
I have worked with students of all levels for over six years. I first became interested in the deeper study of yoga several years ago as someone who regularly attended classes, and discovered the many benefits of the practice. I felt more at peace, more balanced, and more at ease in my body. I felt that this is something I wanted to explore more deeply and to share with others.
Through yoga teacher trainings, my own exploration and life experience, and my personal practice of more than 20 years, I am qualified to teach yoga to the general population, pre-and post-natal moms, and to help others experience all that yoga practices have to offer.
Private yoga sessions can be beneficial for a beginning yoga student interested in learning the fundamentals, and are helpful for practitioners of all levels to enhance their personal practices through one-on-one attention which can lead to higher levels of satisfaction in their personal yoga practice.
Finding YOUR Yoga
Something that makes vision possible.
We all have a divine inner light. The light of consciousness. The light of awareness. The light of compassion.
The light in me honors the light in you!
A thought or concept of what could be.
I believe that yoga is a practice for everyone and every body. When we work together, you will experience a friendly, warm and safe atmosphere to explore and develop your practice.
A reason for being.
I believe that it is my purpose to share the benefits of yoga. It is what I love. I've gained so much from my own practice, that I feel like I have to share that with others!
